• Entering and settling orders (current/future and Here/To Go/Catering Delivery) with our customized computer system

• FT CSR's must be available between 8:00 A.M. and 6:15 P.M. Monday - Saturday
• PT CSR's must be available between 9 A.M. and 3 P.M.

• Loves to work with the public and has a customer-first mentality
• Has a warm, friendly "phone" personality
• Has at least 6 mo. of cashiering/customer service experience within the past 3 years
• Has strong computer skills
• Is able to complete a paid 4 week food prep training prior to CSR training. Training typically starts at 6 A.M.
• Thrives in a busy, organized environment that operates Monday through Saturday
• Enjoys teamwork and helping customers
• Seeks long-term employment---one year or more
• Understands that hospitality staff works when others are playing, especially on Saturdays and during the Holiday Season (Nov. 1 through Dec. 31)

• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
