• Assisting other prep stations as needed, especially in our deli during our busy lunch rush

• Possesses at least one year (1) food production experience (BOH) within the past five (5) years in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering or similar operation
• Knows food, has good knife skills, and works quickly and precisely
• Thrives in a busy, organized environment that operates around the clock from 10 P.M. Sunday until 8 P.M. Saturday
• Enjoys teamwork and helping customers
• Seeks long-term employment---one year or more
• Understands that hospitality staff works when others are playing, especially on Saturdays and during the Holiday Season (Nov. 1 through Dec. 31)
• Welcomes a drug-free, smoke-free environment
