Our Cooks have the opportunity to work a variety of stations:
- Prepare gourmet sandwiches and salads
- Make deli salads, dressings & spreads, and appetizers
- Create party platters (sandwich trays, fruit trays, veggie trays, etc.)
- Roast meats
- Cook soups & sauces from scratch
- Operate a meat slicer
- Assist other prep stations as needed, especially during our busy lunch rush
- Assist guests in our open kitchen

Full Time Schedules
- Salary range $15 to $23/hr.

Some benefits have specific eligibility requirements.
Full Time Schedules
- 5-day work week with rotating day off. Closed on Sunday.
- Monday and Saturday shifts required.
- Early morning to mid-afternoon shifts (subject to availability); or,
- Mid-morning to early evening shifts
- Shifts can run up to ten (10) hours long
We're looking for people who:
- Love to work with people
- Preferably possess at least 6 months* of food production experience (BOH) within the past two (2) years in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, banquet, catering or similar operation
- Know food, have good knife skills, and work quickly and precisely
- Thrive in a busy, organized environment
- Enjoy teamwork and helping customers
- Seek long-term employment---one year or more
- Understand that hospitality staff works when others are playing, especially on Saturdays and during the Holiday Season (Nov. 1 through Dec. 31)
- Welcome a smoke-free, drug-free environment
- Agree to a pre-employment background check (criminal and driving) (Note: a criminal record does not disqualify one from being hired. We handle these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
